I love retinol-based skincare products, so I tried IOPE's "Retinol Serum in Gel Mask" as a soothing mask. I had high expectations because of its high retinol content! I dislike moist sheet masks, but this one adheres well to my skin and keeps it moisturized. The slightly rough surface feels like gauze. After use, my skin felt smooth and soft, and the exfoliating effect helped smooth out my skin texture, so my makeup went on well the next day. However, it's narrower than other mask packs, leaving some empty space on the sides of my face, which was disappointing. I recommend this mask for those looking for elasticity and exfoliation, but because it's a soothing mask with a strong retinol content, I recommend using it once or twice a week in the evening. I expect to see improved skin texture with long-term use.
