I've been looking into diet supplements lately while working out, and everyone says CLA is good for reducing body fat, so I bought it this time, thinking I'll be fooled. If you buy it from a cheap place, the price isn't too much of a burden.
I've been taking it for a few weeks now, and since I've been controlling my diet, I definitely feel like my body has gotten lighter.
But I'm not sure if this is a placebo effect or if it's really thanks to the diet supplement.
Anyone who has tried CLA, could you give me some tips on when it is better to take it, before or after a meal?
