10 Minutes a Day: My Personal Scalp Home Care Record

I used to only care about my hair and didn't give much thought to my scalp. But then, at some point, I started experiencing frequent itchiness and a stuffy feeling around the crown of my head, so I started taking care of my scalp at home.

 

At first, it felt like a hassle, but I started by gently massaging my hair with a brush before shampooing and rinsing thoroughly with lukewarm water.

After shampooing, I created a home scalp care routine by applying a small amount of scalp tonic and allowing it to absorb. It wasn't a particularly elaborate method, but repeating it at the same time every day helped. After about three weeks, the itchiness I'd felt before was significantly reduced, and the morning stuffiness I'd felt was also alleviated.

 

Above all, I realized that consistency is key to scalp home care, rather than expecting quick results. Now, I've developed a natural routine for scalp home care, like a small habit I develop at the end of each day.
