My skin is a mess now that the new semester starts in March. How do you take care of your skin condition?

Hello, Mefyus~ Finally, the new semester started in March, so I've been going to school every day, working on the paperwork that's piled up, and taking care of this and that, so I've been completely out of my mind ㅠㅠ When I get home from work, I'm so busy falling asleep that I barely even wash my face, let alone do any skincare. So, when I looked in the mirror over the weekend, my face was so dull and flaky that it was ridiculous ㅎㅎ;; I thought I couldn't just leave it like this, so I'm leaving a quick question. I'm really curious how you all manage your skin condition during these busy and tiring times!

 

In the past, I used to frequently use face masks and go for skin massages, but these days, I don't have the time or energy, so I desperately need a simple skin condition management secret that I can do at home. Do you know any great products, like a sleeping pack that makes your skin feel plump as if you've slept well overnight, or a first essence that I apply right after washing my face to prevent dryness inside? I'm also curious if there are people who take nutritional supplements separately and manage their skin condition with inner beauty products.

I can't tell if the real answer to a cosmetics diet is to drastically reduce the number of basic steps, or if it's better to just apply a lot of highly nutritious cream. ㅠㅠ When I look at people around me, their skin is shiny even when they're busy, but I feel like I'm the only one getting old, which is really depressing. ㅎㅎ If you Maypure experts have any skin condition management tips that are super time-efficient or products that you use every day, please leave a comment with your recommendations!
