I received a recommendation for a regeneration cream, so I'm going to try it out^^

Hello. I am a male office worker.

These days, I work overtime a lot and I'm so tired, so maybe that's why my complexion in the mirror is really awful.

A coworker of mine saw me and recommended a regenerative cream. Is there anything that a man can use that won't make his skin oily or shiny?

Since I don't take care of my skin at all, I'm worried that I might not be able to apply it every day even if a regeneration cream is recommended.

Still, I'd like to get a recommendation for a good regenerative cream to help my skin recover. How does everyone manage their skin?
