Hello Maypure members~ I finally started working out in earnest this week by dragging my heavy body out of the gym ㅋㅋ I even quit my habit of ordering delivery food as a late-night snack every day and I've been eating salad and chicken breast diligently, but unlike when I was in my 20s, the speed at which I'm losing weight is really slow and I'm really losing motivation ㅠㅠ So I'm looking for a product that can act as a booster, but there are so many types that I'm leaving a question! Is there a diet supplement that you all take while working out that you think is really worth the money?
Actually, I have a sensitive stomach, so I used to suffer from a really bad stomachache after taking some popular pills in the past. ㅎㅎ;; So this time, I'm looking for a diet supplement that has the mildest ingredients and doesn't have too much caffeine, so it doesn't cause side effects like heart palpitations.
