Introducing scalp home care methods!

I used to only care about my hair, but these days, I realize that scalp health is much more important. ㅜㅜ I'm so scared of hair loss ㅜㅜ So I've been consistently practicing scalp home care. First, when shampooing, I gently massage my scalp with my fingertips instead of my nails, and rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Once or twice a week, I exfoliate with a scrub to let my scalp breathe. And I always apply a scalp ampoule to moisturize and nourish my scalp. Since I consistently practice scalp home care, I've noticed less hair loss and less tangles. Most importantly, my scalp feels light and refreshed, which makes me feel different when I start my day. These small daily scalp home care routines are much more effective than major treatments. If you take the time and put in the effort, you'll really notice a difference.

    두피는 정말 시간과 노력의 싸움인것같아요.바쁘다는 핑계로 머리 감고 말리지 않고 그냥 자고 마르지 않은 상태로 머리 묶고 이렇게 지내니 어느순간 머리결이 개털되고 윤기가 사라지더라구요. 이땐 이미 늦으리 ㅜㅜ
