Do you have any daily home care know-how~?^^

Hello.

These days, when I look in the mirror, I feel really upset because my skin is not as elastic as it used to be.

As I get older, I feel that going to the dermatologist every time is a burden in terms of cost and time, so I really feel that daily home care that I do consistently at home is really important.

I'm curious about how people like me, whose skin has started to thin and sag, usually do their daily home care.

I, too, want to start practicing thorough daily home care from now on so I can age more slowly and gracefully. If you have any special tips, please share them with me. ^^
