Please recommend a regeneration cream!

I searched for a list of recommended regenerative creams on the market and bought a few to try, but they don't seem to work for me...

Some were so oily that they actually caused breakouts, while others were just like regular creams, and I couldn't tell the difference.

Is there anyone who can recommend a regenerative cream that has had dramatic effects, such as when you apply it before going to bed and your skin condition changes the next morning?

I especially thought it had a really soothing effect after laser treatment or after acne!

Please recommend me one regenerative cream that I bought with my own money, without any advertisements :)
