Let me share my usual skin condition management routine.
It's not like my skin is particularly good, but I feel like I'm maintaining its current state by taking care of it like this. It's sensitive, and I always get pimples during my menstrual cycle, and it's itchy when it's dry, and it's itchy even when I sweat a lot because it's hot. Haha, it's sensitive itself!
The first step in managing my skin condition is washing my face, and I really put a lot of effort into it. I don't just use a cleanser, but I use a mildly acidic foam cleanser that foams up. A famous beauty influencer said that you should not only wipe your skin outward, but also in the opposite direction, so I do that on my cheeks and around my nose.
And for skincare, I think that washing the skin with toner actually makes the skin more sensitive, so I just pat the skin to absorb it and apply it again, and repeat this 2-3 times.
The remaining steps are similar to others, with ampoule cream. However, I use modeling packs regularly. Modeling packs have a greater skin soothing effect than sheet packs, and they are said to be softer. They have a more immediate effect on the skin than sheet packs. If you want to show that you have taken care of your skin condition, modeling packs are essential.
On days when I drink a lot or do a lot of outdoor activities, I use the aloe gel I keep in my closet to soothe and cool my skin.
