Sunscreen: Recommended Sunscreen

As the sunlight gets stronger, I feel my skin getting hot every time I go out, which is a concern.

The product I was using before was very irritating to my eyes and caused white casts, so I couldn't use it much.

Could you recommend a sunscreen that is non-irritating to sensitive skin and can be used as a substitute for makeup base?

Since I have to apply it several times a day, I would like a product that is light to apply.
