Please recommend a sunscreen that moisturizes the skin without causing eye irritation.

 I've heard in the beauty community that sunscreen is essential all year round, so I've tried a lot of products, but I haven't found the perfect sunscreen for my skin yet. When I apply it before makeup, the base keeps flaking off and my eyes get irritated, so I need a soft, moist finish. Sunscreen recommendations I'm leaving a comment because I want to receive it. I really hate sticky feeling, so I think it would be better if it was a clear product that was absorbed lightly like lotion but didn't leave a white cast.
