Hello, I'm a skinny fat person who's been gaining weight lately. I'm on the thin side, so I never really considered diet supplements. But my belly is sticking out, and my body fat percentage seems to be rising, so I'm thinking about trying some weight management.
Exercise is certainly important, but can diet supplements also help those with lean body mass? I'm curious to know if anyone with lean body mass has experienced a significant change in body fat percentage (but not weight) from diet supplements.
Actually, I should go out and run instead of writing something like this... It's really hard to start exercisingㅠㅠ
