Recommended Diet Shakes That Are the Best for Breakfast

Living alone and commuting to work, eating breakfast felt like a fantasy from a TV drama. After suffering from stomach cramps from drinking Americano on an empty stomach, I looked through a list of recommended diet shakes for a filling breakfast substitute and settled on a regular breakfast.

 

The pouch form factor is a huge plus for those living alone because it eliminates the need for dishes. It's also incredibly convenient because you can just buy milk or soy milk at the convenience store on the subway on your way to work, pour it in, shake it, and drink it.
