Since I've been drastically cutting down on carbs, I've been craving tteokbokki and chicken every night, and I can't sleep. I complained to my PT instructor, and when my mouth was about to burst, she let me have a sweet, high-protein diet shake instead. I've been drinking it instead of dinner these days.
