Old man's scalp home care... annoying but necessary

As I get older, hair loss is a major concern. When I was younger, I just used a simple shampoo, but now I'm acutely aware of the importance of scalp home care.

Honestly, it's so annoying that I can't do it every day. When I'm tired after work, I usually just shower and go to sleep. But I try to stick to the basics, so I start with a scalp massage every morning and evening. When shampooing, I don't scratch with my nails, but instead rub my scalp in a circular motion with my fingers. Rinsing thoroughly with lukewarm water, not hot, is also a basic rule.

Two or three times a week, I dedicate time to my scalp care routine, using a scaling gel or exfoliating product. After applying it and massaging my scalp for just five minutes, all the dead skin cells are removed, leaving me feeling refreshed. Afterward, I apply an ampoule or tonic, which are known to be good for scalp care, to nourish my scalp.

When drying my hair, I use cool air instead of hot air to gently finish. It was annoying at first, but after doing it consistently, I noticed a decrease in hair loss and less scalp odor. Honestly, it's not perfect. Sometimes I just have a can of beer and get over it, but even with just basic scalp care, I can see my hair coming back to life.
