I've been holding on since Friday morning by drinking diet shakes!

It's finally Friday morning. I hope you all had a good week. I ate too much last night and I still felt bloated in the morning. This morning, I'm replacing my diet with a light shake.

A glass of diet shake while sitting at my desk at work is secretly filling, so I think I'll be able to hold out until lunchtime without any problems. If you want to eat something delicious tonight, you should drink this diet management shake and control your eating habits, right? It's Friday, and I'm already feeling like I need to get off work, but I'll have to drink some diet shakes to get my energy up and finish the morning's work. Just a little longer, everyone!

    과식한 후에는 공복시간 길게 가져주는 것도 좋더라구요. 그게 노화방지도 된대요 . 덤으로 살도 안찌고 ㅎㅎ
