What is a good skin care routine?

As my freckles became more intense, I became interested in freckle management routines.
I had a vague idea that I should just go to a dermatologist and get laser treatment for freckles.
Come to think of it, there's also freckle cream
Is it okay to follow a freckle management routine with freckle cream?
I wonder if it really works
Is there anyone who uses freckle cream?
Or go to a dermatologist and get laser treatment
I was wondering if it would be better to use the regular freckle management routine that I receive at the dermatologist.
