Now that I'm in my 30s, my skin is definitely not what it used to be. How do you all take care of your skin condition?

Hello! I can definitely feel the spring in the air now, but my skin is still in hibernation and is acting up. ㅠㅠ

When I was in my twenties, even if I drank a bit or stayed up all night, I'd just wash my face and put on a face mask and feel instantly refreshed. But now that I'm in my mid-thirties, I realize that simply getting enough sleep isn't enough. Every morning when I look in the mirror, I'm frustrated by the dullness I see.

Perhaps because of the seasonal change, my skin has become increasingly dry and less elastic, so I've been paying more attention to my skin condition. In the past, I just bought popular cosmetics, but now I'm trying to find a routine that suits me, carefully examining each ingredient.

Between work and housework, I'm so busy that I don't have time to visit a salon often, so I try to manage my skin condition primarily with home care. I've been trying to drink two liters of water and use a sheet mask daily, but it's harder than I thought to stick to it consistently. I've definitely noticed a difference in how makeup looks after a few days of careful maintenance.

Do you have any special skin care tips for weather like this?
