How was your day? Now that I'm in my 30s, I'm starting to feel a real sense of vitality that cosmetics alone can't quite cover. ㅠㅠ
I used to think that as long as I didn't have any trouble, I would be fine, but now, even if I'm just a little tired, it seems like it's written on my face that I'm tired. So, I've been really determined to do this for the past month. I focused on taking care of my skin condition.
It's nothing grand, just three things I stick to. First, take your nutritional supplements regularly. Second, force yourself to drink plenty of water. And last, no matter what, go to bed before 11 p.m.! Since I've established these habits, I feel like managing my skin condition has become much easier.
I used to think applying expensive essence was all I needed, but I've learned that nourishing your skin from within is truly crucial. While I often find myself short on time due to busy work and childcare, I believe that taking even just 10 minutes a day to care for my skin is good for my mental health.
I definitely take care of it, so when I wash my face in the morning, the texture on my fingertips feels different. My makeup goes on so well, it's nice to look in the mirror! Haha
