I started eating shakes to manage my diet because my stomach didn't go down due to my age!

Hello~ I don't have much time to take care of myself while working and raising children. Now that I'm in my 40s, I can't lose weight even if I starve myself and my stomach just sticks out... It's such a sad reality ㅠㅠ So this time, I made up my mind and ordered a diet management shake to eat instead of breakfast.

I was worried it might taste bad, but these days, the diet shakes are as rich as millet powder and taste pretty good. On busy mornings, I drop the kids off at daycare and have a drink on the way to work. It keeps me full until lunchtime, so I don't even think about snacking.

I definitely feel more relaxed and lighter after using meal replacement shakes, so I'm planning to keep doing it. If anyone knows any other great tips for staying full longer, please share them! Let's all age gracefully together^^
