Has anyone seen the effects of diet supplements?

Hello, I've been really worried lately because I can't seem to lose weight. I feel like I can't do it on my own, so I've been looking into diet supplements.

 

I see people around me using it, so I'm thinking about buying one myself... Do you take any specific diet supplements? I'd love to hear some real-life reviews from people who've seen the benefits!
