I was shocked to find a freckle while looking in the mirror, so I created a freckle management routine.

Guys, I was really shocked this morning when I was putting on makeup. ㅠㅠ

I noticed that dark spots that weren't usually visible had taken up residence under my eyes. I tried to cover them up with concealer, but they were still visible. I was a little moved, thinking, "Oh, I'm really in my 30s now."

In the past, I would have just dismissed them as just fatigue, but now, once I get freckles, they just won't go away. So, starting today, I've decided to take a serious approach and started my own freckle management routine!

The first thing I changed was my basic skincare routine. I figured that the appearance of dark spots ultimately meant a weakened skin barrier, so I decided to go beyond simply applying whitening products and start over with a comprehensive skincare regimen. I started with a hydrating ampoule to address dryness first, then applied a vitamin product over that, and it felt much more absorbed.

Even for a quick walk during lunch, a parasol or hat has become a must-have. UV rays are said to be the main culprit behind freckles, so I feel like all the makeup I've painstakingly applied won't be effective if I don't thoroughly manage my skin condition, both indoors and outdoors. Even at the office, I try to maintain moisture levels by spraying mist whenever my skin feels dry.

As a final step in my skincare routine, I've started focusing on what I eat. I'm regularly taking glutathione and vitamin C supplements, and I'm also focusing on my inner beauty, so I think that's what it means to truly take care of your skin condition. After a few days of this, my complexion definitely feels a little clearer. Haha.

Has anyone ever had laser treatment for freckles? I'm curious if regular toning treatments really help! Or, if you have a "life-changing ampoule" that really worked for freckles, please share your freckle management routine with me.
