I'm gaining weight because I ate too much for lunch. Please recommend a diet shake to replace dinner.

Lately, I've been eating so much food at the company cafeteria every weekday lunch that I can feel my stomach getting bloated and fat growing around my stomach by the time I get off work. LOL. In the past, I used to eat something light like salad or chicken breast sausage after work, but it's always a hassle to wash and prepare vegetables, and they go bad quickly in the fridge, so I end up easily falling for the temptation of delivery food. ㅠㅠ

 

So I'm thinking about replacing one dinner with a simple, easy-to-drink protein drink to help me empty my stomach and control my weight. But when I searched online, there were so many brands and types, it's hard to decide on just one. Could you recommend a diet shake that keeps you full for a long time, doesn't have a fishy smell, and tastes great?

If possible, I would really like a product that has a rich flavor like cereal or millet powder, so that it doesn't get greasy and goes down easily even when mixed with cold milk or plain water. ㅎㅎ Cheap, artificial flavors like chocolate or strawberry that are forcibly sweetened end up not being able to finish them and I end up throwing them away when they expire. I'm really looking for a recommendation for a diet shake that's perfect for a picky eater like me.

 

If you know that if you drink a glass of this around 7 PM, it will fill you up so much that you won't even think about a late-night snack until you go to bed at night, please share your knowledge with me. ㅠㅠ This time, I want to eat this without giving up and burn off all my body fat for over a month, so please recommend a diet shake that is guaranteed to fail. ㅋㅋ
