The correct answer for braces is not to use them 'hard' but to use them 'constantly'!! ㅋㅋㅋㅋ First of all, for those with sensitive skin, I recommend ceramic or gemstone braces over metal bracesㅎㅎ I used metal braces and it was strangely itchy so I switched ㅠㅠㅠ

And the direction of the braces!! You have to push from the inside out, from the bottom up!! ㅋㅋㅋㅋ You know that pushing in the opposite direction is a shortcut to sagging skin, right? ㅠㅠㅠ
