안그래도 세안 온도 궁금했는데 알려주셔서 감사해요. 뜨거운 물을 좋아하긴 하지만 참아볼께요 ㅠㅠ
Maintaining the optimal temperature for washing your face with lukewarm water
Maintaining oil-moisture balance, the lipid components that form the skin barrier are very sensitive to temperature.
Lukewarm water of about 30°C to 35°C is the optimal temperature for most effectively dissolving waste products such as excess oil and fine dust accumulated throughout the day without destroying the skin's natural moisture barrier.
Risks of extreme temperatures: * High-temperature washing: Water hotter than 40°C excessively strips away essential oils from the skin, rapidly drying out the stratum corneum and dilating capillaries, which directly causes facial flushing and loss of elasticity.
Cold wash: Water that is too cold can constrict pores, preventing the discharge of waste products inside, and the surfactant ingredients in the cleanser from being sufficiently rinsed away, which can actually cause skin trouble.
Proper practice guide: It is ideal to start washing your face with water that feels lukewarm to the back of your hand, around 32°C, and then finish by lightly patting your skin with water that is slightly lower than body temperature, around 25°C, to cool it down.
