Today, I'm going to make it a habit to record my skin condition.

Hello! I woke up this morning and looked in the mirror, and my face looked particularly dull, so I'm leaving a note for the record. ㅠㅠ

I slept late last night because I had a lot of work to do, and it shows right away. In my 20s, I felt refreshed after just an hour or two of sleep, but now, seeing how sleep deprivation leads to dullness, I've realized that taking care of your skin isn't an option, it's a necessity.

This morning, I doubled the amount of hydrating ampoule I used to apply. When your skin is dry, fine lines become more noticeable, so I prioritize hydration as part of my skincare routine to quickly quench my thirst. I put in the effort, and by lunchtime, my complexion had finally returned to its usual level.

While it's impossible to be perfect every day, I find that checking and recording my skin condition like this is incredibly helpful for long-term skin care. When my skin isn't feeling well, I focus on soothing products rather than overdoing it with functional products. When my skin is feeling well, I adjust my routine by providing generous amounts of nutrients.

I hope to wake up tomorrow with a clearer complexion than today, and I'm going to put on a pack and go to bed early tonight!

How was your skin today? If you have any particular concerns or a record of your skin condition today, please share them with us. :)

아 수면 부족하면 진짜 바로 얼굴에 티 나더라구요 ㅠㅠ 저도 늦게 자면 다음날 피부가 바로 푸석해 보여서 공감돼요.
