Keep your skin healthy with vitamin C

 

Vitamin C is an essential nutrient that cannot be produced by the body and must be obtained through intake.

It also helps the body absorb iron, so it's a good idea to take it whenever you feel dizzy. That's why I realized that vitamins are essential for the whole family.

My parents are also taking this product now.

I am taking it as a skin care product.

I've been eating it consistently, but now that I haven't eaten it for a few weeks, it's noticeable. It's good because it helps with dryness. I don't notice it when I'm eating it, but it's noticeable when I don't eat it.
