Spring is especially important because the skin barrier tends to weaken, so daily use of sheet masks to moisturize and soothe the skin is crucial. Even if it's not a costly treatment, my skin feels much healthier with consistent home care. These days, I find myself reaching for a sheet mask every evening. It's a small habit, but it's a huge help in maintaining my skin's health in the spring.
