요즘 엄청 건조해서 저는 더 챙겨바르는데 발상의 전환이네요! 피부장벽이 망가졌으니 기본에 충실한 스킨케어로 집중케어 해주는것도 좋은 방법같아요 저도 낼부터 덜어내기로 보습+진정 집중케어 해봐야겠어요
A tight defense routine to keep the barrier from collapsing during the spring season, when the daily temperature range is extreme.
During these seasonal transitions, when mornings and evenings are chilly and the daytime is even hotter, skin can easily become sensitive, unsure of its proper balance. Whenever this happens, I unconditionally commit to a skincare diet, or "lessening" routine. I temporarily tuck away my usual functional cosmetics (exfoliating, wrinkle-reducing, etc.) and focus solely on moisturizing and soothing. In the morning, I gently wash my face with a mildly acidic foam, then cool my skin with a soothing toner containing centella asiatica extract, and finish with a hydrating essence. And sunscreen is a must when going out! In the evening, after thoroughly cleansing, I apply a thick layer of a barrier-strengthening cream rich in ceramides, like a sleeping pack, before going to bed. By simplifying my routine for about two weeks, I've found I can get through the transition without redness or flaking.
