너무 좋은 팁이네요. 따라해 볼게요.
Before washing your face, it's important to wash your hands thoroughly. So, whether in the morning after waking up or in the evening after returning from an outing, I always wash my hands with hand wash and then wash my face. I always use a slightly acidic foam cleanser. Healthy skin is said to be slightly acidic, and I've heard that if this balance is disrupted, the skin barrier is compromised and dryness can occur. So, I always check to see if my cleanser is slightly acidic. I've also heard that using a slightly acidic cleanser can help prevent dermatitis.
Another tip of mine is to use a pump-type foam cleanser. It might seem like a small thing, but foam cleansers are said to be less irritating to the skin than tube-type cleansers. Those with very sensitive skin will notice a difference just by switching up their cleanser.
When rubbing the cleansing foam, rub it evenly from bottom to top, inside to outside, and outside to inside. When rinsing, rinse with lukewarm water, which is lower than when you washed your face. And finish with slightly cool water. Sometimes, when my skin feels too tired, I finish by adding a drop of rosehip oil or tea tree oil to my final wash.
