저도 아침엔 폼클렌징으로 빡빡닦지 않고 물세안으로 해요. 건성이기도 하지만 ..ㅎㅎ
Take care of your skin condition during the changing seasons like this!
Whenever the seasons change, I feel like my skin becomes more sensitive. So, I try to be more thorough with my skin care routine during this time.
In the morning, don't wash your face too hard. Rinse it once with lukewarm water, then wash briefly with a mild, slightly acidic foam. Then, dispense a generous amount of hydrating toner into your hands and layer it several times to deeply moisturize your skin. Then, apply a thin layer of light, moisturizing essence. Choose a cream that's non-sticky but offers long-lasting hydration, and apply it thoroughly to your face and neck. Always finish with sunscreen. During the seasonal transition, I find that blocking UV rays helps prevent skin damage.
My evening routine focuses on cleansing and soothing. If I wear makeup, I gently dissolve it with an oil or balm cleanser, rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water, and then wash again with a mild foaming cleanser. After washing, I prime my skin with an alcohol-free soothing toner and apply a generous amount of a moisturizing and soothing ampoule. Then, I apply a richer, more hydrating cream or a moisture barrier cream to lock in the moisture. Once or twice a week, I use a moisturizing or soothing pack instead of exfoliating to give my skin a restful night's sleep. By consistently doing this, I notice a significant reduction in the tightness, redness, and flaking typical of seasonal changes, and my skin condition remains relatively stable. It may be a hassle, but it's a way to protect your skin.
