What a popular post, I'm so nervous as soon as I get here

Sigh... The moment I looked in the mirror in the morning, it was obvious.

I'd had another drink at the company dinner yesterday, and the consequences were clearly showing on my face. My complexion was dull, my skin was puffy, and the bags under my eyes looked even more sunken. I figured washing my face alone wouldn't do it, so I headed straight to the shower. I showered with cool water, thoroughly wetting my face. Only then did I feel myself slowly coming to my senses. As soon as I got out, I gently dabbed the water with a towel and immediately grabbed my moisturizer. I figured I'd skip everything else today and just focus on hydration, so I squeezed out a generous amount and applied it all over my face. I gently pressed it in with my palms, and my dull skin felt a little calmer. The day after a night of drinking, my face feels like it's been washed out, but this generous application of moisturizer right after showering made me feel like I'd done my job. My skin might not be in peak condition, but at least it felt like it was holding on. Phew.

    회식 다음 날 거울 보면 진짜 한숨부터 나오죠. 술 마시면 수분이 다 빠져나가서 얼굴이 더 칙칙해 보이더라고요. 그래도 샤워 후 바로 수분크림 듬뿍 얹어주신 건 최고의 대처예요! 손바닥 온기로 꾹꾹 눌러주면 흡수도 잘 되고 붓기 빼는 데도 도움 될 거예요. 오늘 하루 물 많이 드시고 기운 내세요!

    저도 술 마신 다음 날은 피부가 바로 푸석해져서 샤워하고 나오자마자 수분크림 듬뿍 발라서 보습부터 챙기게 되더라고요.
