Is it similarly effective to do MTS at home?

Hello, my skin is sensitive and dry these days, and I got Rejuran, but I got an allergy, so I'm a little scared to get another injection.

So I was looking into MTS treatments, and these days, I heard that you can manage your skin at home with things like MTS rollers? I've only had it done twice at an aesthetician's salon. For those of you who have tried it at home, how did the results compare to getting it done at a dermatologist or aesthetician's office?

Since MTS technology is expensive, if you say it's okay, I think I'll give it a try!
