I'm leaving a record of my worst skin condition today, perhaps because of the stress of the new semester. ㅠㅠ

How is everyone's Thursday evening going? Since March, I've been adjusting to a new semester at work and have so many new things to worry about, so my face has completely changed. My skin used to be pretty strong, and even on that magical day, I didn't have a single breakout, but lately, I've been so stressed and tired that I've developed three large, painful, pustular pimples around my chin. ㅠㅠ So, I'm so upset and frustrated that I'm going to write about my skin condition on the bulletin board today, as if I'm venting my frustrations. ㅎㅎ

Honestly, every time I look in the mirror, I get so stressed that I keep touching it with my hand, but I force myself to hold it in because I'm afraid it will leave scars or pigmentation later. I take pictures every morning and evening when I wash my face to record my skin condition, but it seems to be redder and bigger today than yesterday, which is really depressing. ㅋㅋ For now, I'm going to stop by Olive Young on my way home from work and buy soothing pads, tea tree oil, and even a trouble patch, and put them all on before going to bed. If it doesn't go down, I'm seriously considering going to a dermatologist this weekend to get an anti-inflammatory injection.

By the way, how do other people deal with breakouts on their chins like mine due to work stress or lack of sleep? If you have any tips for first aid at home, please share them with me ㅠㅠ Later, when my skin returns to its clear, honey-like state, I will definitely write a vivid review of my skin condition today and what products I used and how I overcame it!! I sincerely hope that everyone gets a good night's rest, and that tomorrow morning, I and others can write about our skin conditions with clear faces and a good mood. ㅋㅋ Take care of your skin health!!

저도 스트레스 받으면 턱에 화농성 트러블 올라오더라고요. 손대지 말고 진정팩이랑 패치로 관리하면 조금 빨리 가라앉는 느낌이에요.
