저도 스킨 레이어링 하는 방법 사용하고 있어요!! 촉촉해지고 피부결도 부드러워지는 것 같아요
It's different from my 20s! Sharing my go-to products and unique skincare routine for those in their mid-30s.
Hello, it's already been half a week.
I used to be a "cosmetics addict," buying every trendy cosmetic and changing my face packs every day. But now that I'm in my mid-30s, I've realized that sticking to the basics is more important than anything fancy. I'd like to share a few of the "personal skincare methods" I've settled on after countless trials and errors!
The first is temperature management. Simply starting with lukewarm water and finishing with not-too-cold water when washing my face significantly reduces skin irritation. Avoiding direct heat from heaters or air conditioners is a key part of my personal skin care routine. Ever since I heard that skin loses elasticity when its temperature rises, I've been trying to keep my face cool.
The second is layering in ample moisture. Skin in your 30s isn't just about looking shiny; it needs to be replenished from the inside out, right? I adhere to the "3-skin" method, applying a light toner three times. By taking care of dryness from within, I'm more than halfway to managing my skin's condition for the day. It barely smudges, and my skin stays moisturized all day long, so I highly recommend this method.
Lastly, it's "nutritional supplements and sleep." No matter how good the products you put on, if your body isn't healthy, they won't show up. I always take vitamin C and collagen, and I try to get at least seven hours of sleep. The difference in skin condition between a good night's sleep and a bad night's sleep is worlds apart. I realize every day that taking care of my body is ultimately the best investment for my skin.
It may seem like nothing special, but consistently sticking to these basics is the secret to my skincare routine. What routine have you settled on these days?
