After sweating, I feel like all the impurities have been removed from my skin!

These days, to manage my physical strength, I started running and sweating after work.

 

Before exercising, I always thoroughly remove all my makeup and apply only a light toner before running.

 

After sweating profusely for an hour, I washed my face with cold water and looked in the mirror. Today, my skin tone looks incredibly clear.

 

My complexion was usually dull and bumpy due to accumulated sebum, but as my pores opened and the waste products inside them were discharged, my complexion returned to normal.

 

That's why everyone says that sweating out through exercise is the best skin care.

 

My face feels a bit hot right after working out, so today I'm going to put on a cooling moisture mask pack that I've kept in the fridge.

 

My body is a bit tired and my muscles are sore, but seeing my skin condition clear up gives me a lot of motivation to keep exercising, even if it's a hassle. Let's all exercise!
