My personal skincare routine: From 10 cosmetics to 3, I've found my way to a brighter future.

Hello! I hope you all had a great day today.

I used to think layering on essences, creams, and oils was the answer. But then, at some point, no matter how much effort I put into applying them, it felt like my skin was spitting them out. In fact, I even started getting whiteheads, perhaps due to overnutrition. So, I recently boldly embarked on a "vanity diet," and it's been a godsend!

The 'my own skin care method' that I've settled on is surprisingly simple.

The first step is moisturizing for three seconds after washing. As soon as I dry my face with a towel, I immediately apply a hydrating toner. The key to managing my skin condition is to properly apply my basic skincare routine to prevent the skin barrier from collapsing. Rather than applying a bunch of different products, I find it much more effective to apply just one product and replenish it when my skin is truly thirsty.

Second, I use only one functional product. While it's tempting to try whitening, wrinkle care, and elasticity products all at once, my skin gets tired if I use them all at once. I check my skin condition each day and add just one ampoule that focuses on the area I'm most concerned about. By taking smart care of my skin without overdoing it, I notice my skin actually feeling more comfortable.

Lastly, I believe sunscreen is a survival essential. Even if I'm just stepping out of the house, or even on days when I'm indoors, I always apply sunscreen. The most cost-effective way to manage my skin and slow down aging is to block UV rays. I believe that applying sunscreen daily will change my skin five years from now, more than expensive treatments. Haha.

Ultimately, I think managing your 30s should focus on "preserving" rather than "adding." Clearing out my vanity feels like a breath of fresh air for my wallet, and my skin feels like it's regaining its natural, clear glow. I'm incredibly satisfied these days.

How many products are on your vanity these days? I'm curious to know if anyone has cut down on their routine like I have and seen results! Let's share our own skincare tips.
