My skin has become more sensitive because it's spring. How should I take care of it?

Lately, my skin has become incredibly sensitive, which has been a concern. It easily turns red and breaks out in pimples from even the slightest irritation, and I feel frustrated every time I look in the mirror. Changing my face wash and cosmetics doesn't seem to make much of a difference, and I'm confused as to whether it's my lifestyle or an internal issue.
