[Home Care Tips] Post-Stair Climbing: Reduces Puffiness

 

 

These days, I've been consistently walking 10,000 steps a day and climbing stairs. My legs tend to get stiff after exercise, so I have a home care routine I always follow: 15 minutes of "L-shaped leg stretching" and a foot bath.

 

Soaking your feet in warm water feels like all the day's fatigue melts away. Gently rubbing your calf muscles with your fingers will make your legs feel incredibly light the next morning!

Rest is just as important as exercise, so make sure to give your legs a rest tonight.
