Today's Skin Record: Sleepless Night, Emergency Hydration CPR!
I didn't sleep well last night and was feeling a bit groggy, so this morning I was shocked to see my skin in the mirror. My complexion was dull and flaky, with no sign of life. Dark circles seemed to have receded slightly under my eyes, and my skin felt rough to the touch. My condition has been really bad all day.
If I leave it like this, my makeup will come off and my skin will become even more sensitive, so today I'm going to focus on some emergency soothing care! First, after washing my face, I put on a cool sheet mask that I've kept in the refrigerator. This helps lower my skin temperature and replenishes it with moisture. After applying the mask, the heat subsided and I felt much more comfortable.
And at lunchtime, I plan to drink twice as much water as usual to keep myself hydrated. And in the evening, I'll definitely go to bed early and get a good night's sleep so my skin can rest. The best medicine is to do my best today for my weekend plans! Haha.
