I looked in the mirror this morning and was shocked to see that my complexion was unusually dull and my skin completely lacked vitality. Perhaps because I didn't get enough sleep working late last night, my dark circles looked worse, and my skin texture felt rough, so my makeup didn't adhere at all and just felt like it was sitting on the surface. Even after washing my face, my skin felt much tighter than usual, and seeing a slight buildup of dead skin cells around my nose, I think my skin condition today is truly the worst. I felt I couldn't leave it like this, so as soon as I returned home, I deep-cleansed more thoroughly than usual and gently exfoliated using a low-irritation peeling gel. After that, I applied a vitamin mask to provide some nourishment, and now I feel like my complexion is finally returning a little. Tomorrow, I plan to focus on managing my condition by building a solid foundation from the basics and drinking plenty of water so my skin can get a good rest.
