저는 환절기엔 앰플을 여러 번 레이어링하고 크림은 얇게 발라요. 각질 제거는 자극 적게 주 1회 정도만 하는 편입니다.
How is everyone doing with their tiny bumps? ㅠㅠ I'm curious about the skin care routines for those with flawless skin during the changing seasons.
Hello Maypure members~ Maybe because it's March, the temperature difference between day and night is insane these days; it's super warm during the day but chilly in the mornings and evenings. On top of that, perhaps because of the severe fine dust, my skin is a total mess—it's cracking and looking like it's been through a drought. I have a ton of tiny bumps, especially on my chin and cheeks, and they won't even be covered up with makeup. It's seriously stressing me out.
So, I’m posting on the General Discussion Board today to ask you all a question! What is your personal routine for managing your skin condition during the changing seasons that helps you maintain flawless skin around this time of year? My usual light hydrating gel cream just wouldn't fix my inner dryness, so I switched to a really thick cream. However, this time, it became so oily that my pores seem to be clogging, and my breakouts have actually gotten worse. I have absolutely no idea how to adjust my skincare routine, so I’m super curious about everyone else’s routines for managing skin condition during the changing seasons.
Please share some tips from the experts. Do you completely change your usual cleansing routine, or do you layer lightweight hydrating ampoules multiple times? My face gets red and breaks out every time the seasons change, so I feel depressed every time I look in the mirror. I really want to settle on a proper routine for managing my skin condition during the transitional seasons as soon as possible.
Going to a dermatologist or salon is only possible when I can make time; I can't go every day, so I desperately need a method I can use consistently at home. I'm also curious how often you exfoliate! I'm scared that scrubbing off too hard might completely destroy my skin barrier, so I've just been dabbling with cleansing foam haha. If there are any of you with combination, oily, and sensitive skin like me who have seen great results with a skin care routine for the changing seasons, please, please let me know in the comments!! I'll be eagerly waiting haha.
