환절기만 되면 피부가 푸석해지는 느낌 저도 정말 공감돼요. 이것저것 관리법이 많지만 결국 물 많이 마시는 게 기본이라는 말에 고개가 끄덕여지네요. 하루 2리터 챙겨 마시는 게 생각보다 쉽지 않은데 꾸준히 실천하시는 게 대단한 것 같아요. 커피 줄이고 텀블러 들고 다니는 습관도 피부 관리에 정말 도움이 되는 좋은 루틴 같네요.
Now that I'm in my 30s, I can really feel my face getting dry and tight every time the weather changes. ㅠㅠ After trying this and that, the skincare routine I finally settled on for the changing seasons is the absolute basics: drinking plenty of water! Drinking 2 liters a day is my real go-to routine for seasonal skin care. Even though going to the bathroom frequently is a bit of a hassle, I've found nothing better for tackling inner dryness. Cutting back on coffee and sticking a tumbler to my hand has turned out to be a surprisingly effective routine for managing my skin during the transitional season. For those of you who don't have time to go to expensive aesthetics clinics, just start by drinking plenty of water :)
