A sad record of my skin condition hitting rock bottom on a weekend morning

Even though I slept in late today because it is the weekend, I felt depressed when I looked in the mirror because my complexion looked so dull.
It seems like the mess in my sleep pattern due to frequent overtime work lately is showing on my skin.
In particular, the dark circles under my eyes had extended all the way down to my chin, and there was even white flaking skin around my nose.
Perhaps due to my habit of not drinking enough water, I also feel dryness as if my skin is cracking deep inside.
As a quick fix, I soaked a cotton pad generously with toner and placed a toner pack on both cheeks for about 10 minutes.
Fortunately, the redness has subsided a little, but my skin texture is still rough, so I can't even think about wearing makeup.
I think I should cancel all my plans to go out today and focus solely on recovering my skin at home.
In a little while, I plan to gently smooth out the texture with an exfoliating pad and apply a nutrient-rich sheet mask.
I am also paying attention to my diet, trying to eat light dinners centered around skin-friendly salmon or vitamin-rich salads.
I've always thought that inner beauty is important, so I make sure to take collagen and Vitamin C morning and evening without fail.
If I take good care of myself like this for a day or two, I hope my complexion will return to a clear state by the time I go back to work next week.
As I get older, it feels a bit bittersweet to see how quickly my skin deteriorates in a single day, yet it seems to take over a week to restore.
Still, I believe that if you consistently take care of yourself while gaining a lot of good information from our Maypure community, things will gradually improve.
