I am sharing my personal cleansing oil method that eradicated milia.

I think it's because I've been stressed from working late lately, but I've gotten a lot of bumpy, tiny pimples on my forehead and chin.
I didn't even have time to go to a dermatologist, so I tried to solve the problem at home by completely changing my cleansing routine.

Originally, I was too lazy to remove my makeup, so I used to just roughly wipe it off with cleansing water and finish with foam cleanser.
However, after watching a beauty YouTuber's video saying that cleansing oil that dissolves sebum is the surefire cure for milia, I immediately bought Manyo Factory Pure Cleansing Oil.
At first, I was worried that the oil's characteristic slipperiness might clog my pores, but after going through the proper emulsification process, my skin actually became clearer.
Squeeze a generous amount of oil onto your face with makeup on, and gently roll it over your face for about 1 minute with light pressure.
Then, lightly wet your hands with water and rub the sides of your nose and under your chin again, focusing on the area until the oil turns milky white.
You must perform this emulsification process thoroughly so that hardened sebum and whiteheads stuck in the pores melt and come out easily.
Finally, if you rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water at least 20 times, you will get a very fresh finish with no residue, even without using a separate foam cleanser.
After consistently changing my cleansing method for about two weeks, the bumpy texture I could feel on my forehead completely disappeared, almost unbelievably.

My blackheads have faded a lot, and it's amazing how my skin texture feels so smooth when I apply makeup that my base adheres perfectly.
If you are struggling with small bumps like me, I highly recommend switching from cleansing water to oil and emulsifying thoroughly!
