The miracle of drinking water and getting a good night's sleep... My skin condition is at its best today!

I usually just write posts whining about my bad skin, but today I feel so proud that I'm leaving this record to brag. Yesterday, I consciously drank nearly 2 liters of lukewarm water throughout the day. On top of that, I didn't look at my smartphone at night, went to bed early, and slept soundly for a whopping 8 hours without waking up even once. So when I woke up this morning and looked in the mirror, my complexion was truly clear, and I could see a transparent glow rising from deep within my skin! There wasn't a single trace of dryness, and the texture was as soft as a baby's, making washing my face feel amazing. While using expensive cosmetics is important, I painfully realized once again today the truth that the best nutrients for the skin are indeed "sufficient hydration" and "a good night's sleep." I plan to keep this skin condition in mind and make sure to maintain the habit of drinking plenty of water and going to bed early. Did everyone drink plenty of water today?
