I worked up a good sweat running for 30 minutes after work, and my skin looks like it lit up today!

Yesterday, after getting off work, I was so stressed that I was just going to collapse into bed, but I forced myself to slip on my sneakers and went for a run at the neighborhood park for about 30 minutes. I came home drenched in sweat, took a refreshing shower, and went to sleep, and seriously... my skin condition this morning is the best it's ever been. Maybe it's because my blood circulation has really improved, but my skin has a subtle pinkish glow, and my pores look much cleaner than usual as impurities have been flushed out with sweat. The healthy radiance coming from deep within my skin is seriously incredible, even more so than when I slathered on expensive cosmetics before bed. When I applied foundation this morning, the adherence was different from usual, so I found myself humming a tune involuntarily haha. As expected, there really isn't a more effective detox for the skin than sweating it out with cardio. Even if it feels like a hassle, I'm going to make sure to go for a run at least three times a week!
