피부에 관심을 쏟으면서 느끼는건 작은 변화도 눈에 잘 들어오고 작은 습관으로도 큰 효과를 본다는 점인 것 같아요 피부에 화장품이 잘 흡수되도록 손으로 부드럽게 눌러주는 작은 습관으로도 건조함이 잡힌거 진짜 좋네요:)
It is day 6 of my skincare routine. When I looked in the mirror while washing my face this morning, I felt that my overall skin tone had become a bit clearer. Although it is not a dramatic change yet, my skin seems less dull than before, so even this small change made me feel good. After cleansing, I refined my skin texture with a toner, then applied an ampoule followed by a moisturizer. Recently, I have been making it a habit to gently press the products into my skin with my hands so that they can be absorbed slowly. Doing this seems to help keep my skin a little more hydrated.
During the day, I lightly used a mist to replenish moisture whenever I felt dryness. In the past, my face used to feel tight by the afternoon, but today I barely felt that discomfort. It isn't a huge change, but I felt proud to see the effects of consistent care gradually showing.
In the evening, after thoroughly cleansing, I massaged my face a little more than usual. As I gently rolled my skin around my jawline and cheeks, I could feel my blood circulation improving. When I looked in the mirror after the treatment, my face looked a bit brighter. It isn't a huge change yet, but I want to continue my skincare routine by consistently recording my progress.
