Today is Day 2 of my skin condition record~

Yesterday, I wrote on the record that my skin was cracking like a desert.

After seeing this, I wondered if I had used a cream that was too light.

I felt like I was struck by lightning when I saw the post asking if my skin barrier had collapsed.

For some reason, I feel like that's right!!

I need to search for a good cream for a compromised skin barrier and buy it right away...

First of all, I slept with the humidifier on yesterday, and it was much better than not having it on.

It was less dry~ Since it's the change of seasons these days, I always sleep with the humidifier on, and I think it helped a little~~
